As a UX designer at Qred, you will be a crucial part of a cross-functional team, developing user-centric digital solutions. Our goal is that our products feel like a natural extension of the user, be it our customers or internal users. In your role, you will be working with user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design and testing. You will also work closely with your UX colleagues to work on common initiatives and develop the competence. Are you passionate about user experience and have at least a couple of years of experience, this role is probably for you!
Responsibilities

Working as the UX Designer in a cross-functional team, responsible for the user experience as well as the user interface aspects of our products


Work closely with the other UX designers, where you will work on common initiatives such as the design system and share knowledge and expertise


Act as an advocate for the user, working closely with the business to balance business goals and user satisfaction


Conducting UX research and usability testing


Actively contributing to the design system


Who we're looking for

You have 2+ years of experience as a UX designer, creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience of digital products


Someone who strongly emphasizes user research and a continuous discovery mindset. The ideal candidate will heavily contribute to these areas.


You’re used to interacting with users and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback


Previous experience collaborating closely with developers and product managers


Experience working with design systems and design tools (we use Figma for UI)


Experience with UX research and a strong proponent of data driven decisions. You are comfortable defining and maintaining UX metrics.


Fluent in English (if you have language knowledge of one of our other markets, we'll see it as a big plus)
