Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Act as the primary point of contact between the business and IT for system solution requirements related to “XX Special”
Gather, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into clear, actionable system and process requirements
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of functional needs
Drive the requirements process independently, ensuring high quality in both documentation and communication
Propose innovative approaches and improvements based on deep understanding of the retail domain
Navigate and coordinate across organizational functions to ensure that different interests are reflected in the requirements
Ensure requirements are feasible and align with technical, developmental, and maintenance capabilities

What you bring:
Proven experience in leading requirements gathering and documentation within IT projects
Strong background in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of relevant system solutions and business processes
Familiarity with procurement processes and the ability to support in system-related procurement activities
Solid IT knowledge and understanding of system development and management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, interpret, and convey complex information clearly
Strong sense of self-leadership with the ability to work independently and drive tasks forward
Availability to travel between Stockholm and Gothenburg as needed
