Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Zero Defect Capability Leader to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and implement the Zero Defect strategy to ensure world-class quality standards across products and processes
Represent the organization in the global Zero Defect Community of Practice
Drive the achievement of quality targets using Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Lead, coach, and train cross-functional teams in quality and improvement initiatives
Analyze quality performance data to identify key areas for improvement
Collaborate across departments to integrate quality standards at all stages of production
Lead and support initiatives to reduce defects and enhance productivity
Evaluate and improve supplier quality standards through APQP/SQAR in coordination with Supplier Quality
Drive Zero Defect projects focused on key products and manufacturing processes in partnership with Operations and Design Engineering
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) using the Zero Defect methodology and maintain the global NPI process
Assist program teams with Life Cycle Gate process and Industrial Reviews (IR) checklists

What you bring:
A relevant university degree in engineering, quality management, or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management, process improvement, or related functions
Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
Proven experience using statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making tools
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams
A proactive mindset and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion
Experience collaborating in international and cross-functional environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
