Tech Procurement Process Consultant

Your New Role Our client is on a mission to modernize and optimize how they manage their software lifecycle — and we’re looking for a driven Tech Procurement Process Consultant to lead this important transformation.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of automated, digitalized, and policy-driven processes for tech procurement and software management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across IT, legal, finance, and business operations to create efficient, compliant, and user-friendly processes that support EQT’s digital ambitions.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end transformation of their tech procurement and software lifecycle management processes.
Implement digital tools and automated workflows that enhance efficiency and compliance.
Develop and embed smart, scalable policies that empower better decision-making around technology investments.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to map needs, define solutions, and drive adoption.
Introduce best practices and continuous process improvements aligned with their digital strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will need:  Have proven experience within tech procurement, IT asset management, or software lifecycle management.
Are comfortable managing projects that balance technology, policy, and people.
Enjoy leading initiatives from concept to implementation, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for building efficient, sustainable, and user-centered processes.
