Group Functions IT supports some of the most critical central business operations such as Finance, HR and Treasury while also enabling their digital transformation.
As the GF IT Domain & Solution Architect, you will be responsible for creating target architectures for the domain, while also designing and validating the end-to-end solutions, including scope, functional/technical solution and adhering to Securitas processes and practices. You will have the ownership and influence for the transition architecture and support to set the right target architecture.
Key responsibilities
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs along with architecturally significant functional and non-functional requirements.
• Planning, leading and running solution design workshops to assess our business, strategic and operational requirements and shaping the solution.
• Defining design principles and assessing different solution options in context of our business requirements along with providing solution recommendations.
• Developing, maintaining and communicating processes and standard practices related to the high-level design development, and implementing solutions across portfolio of initiatives and enhancements.
• Working with the business to define technology roadmaps by understanding business requirements, identifying solution gaps and available capabilities, and defining solutions to meet the business need.
• Applying an industry standard structured solution architecture approach and methodology.
• Interacting with senior stakeholders and assisting them in taking key solution decisions.
• Defining the scope of new implementation programs and/or change requests in existing solutions and developing solution including technical/functional/process scope, cost, resourcing and schedule, and drafting project plans.
Key deliverables
• Supporting transformation projects in Group Functions.
• Being accountable for project Solution Architecture Document (SAD) including (investigations, analysis, design, PoC).
• Collaborating with IT Product Owners and Service Experts to create and continuously improve processes for an efficient run-state organization.
• Estimating cost and validations of technical solutions.
• Working on change request impact assessments.
• E2E mapping processes within the application.
Key partnerships
• Enterprise Architect – aligning on the target EU enterprise architecture and solution architectures.
• IT Product Owner – escalating priority and solution conflicts to IT Product Owner if necessary.
• Business Process Leads – collaborating on ensuring best practices from an enterprise/solution architecture perspective.
• Integration Lead and Integration Architect - aligning on integrations development, dependencies and maintenance aligned to the SAD.
• Data Platform Lead and Architects – aligning on data solutions to meet the Group Function needs.
Requirements
• 10+ years of work experience of IT in general, with 5+ years of experience in developing Target architecture in relevant business and IT environments together with a substantial business acumen related to the domain.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in complex integrations on the business existing integration platforms.
• Good knowledge of integration and data patterns and techniques.
• Experience of delivering realizable solution architectures in complex global environments
• Experience of applying foundational Integration and Security requirements and practices into solutions.
• Business process knowledge and awareness; understanding of the business facing IT services.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree within relevant subject is desired.
• Holding relevant certifications, like Solution Architecture Certification, IASA or similar, is advantageous.
• Experience of Business Capabilities/Process Models/Data Modelling is advantageous.
• Experience of using LeanIX is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Business Analyst responsibilities is considered advantageous.

Location: the role is open for candidates in Sweden (Stockholm preferred). It's a hybrid working model.
Working conditions: this role involves limited travelling (approximately up to 10 days per year).
