Overview of tasks:
Leader Support: Providing support, mentorship, guidance and career development to the team. Leading a team through an exciting transition to build aspects such as problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and technical capabilities. 
Expert Support: Identifying actionable insights, suggesting recommendations, and influencing team strategy through effective communication. Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows/processes/procedures/product features.
Business Impact: Delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and development. Ensure consistent performance according to the relevant service level metrics.
Intra-Day Coordination: Managing day-to-day operations – ensure consistent quality and productivity across channels to add maximum value for advertisers. Establishing team goals and working with direct reports on strategies for results development.
What we expect:
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
Experience: Significant experience in a complex fast paced environment. Minimum 2 years of prior relevant people management experience.
Education: BA/BS degree preferred.
Work related skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Passion for ensuring excellent customer service. Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritization. High level of integrity as demonstrated personally and professionally.
