What you'll do
Product improvement on Lynk & Co-branded products in the EU market
Field data surveillance
Problem definition
Issue prioritization
Go/no go decision on market intake and handshake with Lynk & Co Global Quality
Root cause investigation
Issue resolution progress follow up
Service solution verification, implementation, and communication to the markets
Permanent Solution implementation and communication to the markets

What you should have
Analytical skills and be data-driven
Ability to interpret the ‘voice of the customer’ to scope and prioritize technical issues
Good communication (verbal/listening) with the ability to summarize situations and data effectively, able to ensure clear reports are presented by stakeholders.
Organization skills, able to drive individuals and teams to fact-based recommendations/decisions by providing objective information
Genuine interest and experience in vehicle technology, for example R&D
Experience from quality and warranty operations
Experience from 6 sigma
