As the Nordic Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Natural Cycles in the Nordic region. While your initial focus will be on strengthening our presence in Sweden, our long-term ambition is to expand across the broader Nordic markets. Your mission will be to develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports this phased growth, identifying key opportunities, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition through localized initiatives that align with our international expansion goals.
What you will be doing
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, user needs, and opportunities for growth.
Develop localized marketing strategies that align with the overall global brand vision.
Collaborate with channel owners across the integrated marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all channels
Collaborate with the user research team to identify key personas and insights for targeted marketing efforts in the Nordic markets.
Manage organic social media channels tailored to the Nordic markets.
Coordinate with the Nordic PR and partnerships manager to help develop and implement campaigns that elevate the brand’s presence and assist in influencer marketing efforts, leveraging Nordic-specific insights to help scale the program and drive engagement.
Drive the creation and execution of marketing activities designed to grow the brand’s footprint in the Nordics.
What skills and experience we think you have
7-10 years of experience in marketing and PR, with a strong background in brand management and marketing strategy.
Extensive knowledge of the Nordic markets, including consumer behavior, trends, and media landscape.
Experience working with a medical device or in women’s health preferred.
Proven experience in both PR and broader marketing strategies.
Strong experience in social media and digital marketing, with a focus on organic growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies).
Fluent in English and Swedish (additional languages, especially Nordic languages, are a plus but not a requirement).
Based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area.
Experience with ISO 13485 and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Location
We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the Marketing team you will work with is located in Stockholm.
