Administratör inom fastighetsförvaltning

We are looking for an administrator for our commercial property management. Your main tasks will be:


Provide language support for international tenants, particularly excellent Chinese and English in both writing and speech.

Rich experience of working in logistic management, commercial management and administration.

Tenant management, and quick response in customer service.

Coordinate on renovation of properties and upgrading of equipment.

Actively promote empty properties through multiple channels.

Digitize leases and payment flows.

You should be structured, service-oriented and have good computer skills.
