About the role
The Nordic Warehouse is the heart of our organisation and it allows for all of our campaigns and projects in Nordic to be present in the streets, it enables our activists to take action and it’s a place for staff and volunteers to meet, develop projects and learn new skills. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible overseeing the overall operations within the warehouse;
Ensuring the proper maintenance and organization of the facilities and equipment.
Implementing and ensuring safety protocols and procedures.
Coordinating production and logistics requirements.
Facilitate the use of the warehouse and its equipment for Greenpeace and our allies.
Task giving warehouse staff.
About you
We are looking for someone who believes in, and is willing to fight for, a greener future and a more just world. The right candidate possesses a diverse range of skills and expertise, is driven and organized, with knowledge and experience in operations and logistics. Most likely you navigate a workshop and its tools, just as well as you navigate spreadsheets and planning documents. You can work independently and in teams, and you feel just as comfortable delegating as you do rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. You are, or can be when required, a social person who makes people feel welcome, safe and supported. You believe in - and preferably have experience with - civil disobedience and nonviolent tactics, and you embrace equity, diversity and inclusion. In short, we will be looking for someone who is professional, structured and truly motivated to help Greenpeace advance campaign victories across Nordic and beyond.
Your responsibilities
As the Nordic Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintenance, organization and oversight of the warehouse operations and its equipment. This includes:
Enable use of the warehouse by Greenpeace and our allies.
Ensure procedures, instructions and training are in place, to provide safe operations of facilities and equipment.
Coordinate, task give and support warehouse staff, freelancers and volunteers.
Enable minor production by warehouse staff, freelancers, volunteers or allies.
Support Greenpeace activities and events in preparation, implementation in the field, and during the aftermath.
Requirements Drivers license B - BE and C(1/E) is a plus.
English (spoken and written) - Swedish is a plus.

Additional information
This is a full time, permanent position, located in Stockholm, Sweden. Weekend work and odd hours are to be expected from time to time, as is some traveling across the Nordic region.
