Business Controller, Functional Control

Your role

We are looking for a Business Controller within Functional Control to bring value to our business unit and the organisation.

As our business controller you are responsible to deliver an overview of financial follow-ups, together with analyzing and preparing budgets and forecasts, with focus on cost control.

Your profile

You have an active role to drive changes and improvements, highlight issues and propose actions. You know the importance of building relationships both within and across functions, and can act as a proactive support to the managers in the organisation.

To be successful in this role, we also see that you have:

* Finance background with experience from project based organization
* Relevant academic degree
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English
* The joy of change and ability to drive change
* Experience from financial planning, analysis, budget and reporting
* Experience of inform and educate the organization on financial policies and procedures
* Mind-set for law and order and drive best practice
* Good knowledge in Excel
* Knowledge of systems like Agresso, Mercure and HFM is a plus



This position is located in Göteborg and might include some travels to Stockholm.



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
