Marketing and Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our social media, assisting with content generation, maintaining contact with strategic partners to increase sales, and generally supporting marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and creating social media campaigns
Improving online channels and periodic reporting
Making differentiated proposals according to the strategic objectives
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
Developing and planning of marketing initiatives
Maintaining and improving business partnerships
Market trends identification
Market and sales analysis


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing and business development
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Experience with Canva, WordPress, SEMRUSH, Google Analytics
Familiarity with the precious metals industry is a strong asset
English at a professional level
Basic proficiency in Swedish and familiarity with the Swedish working environment
Knowledge of additional foreign languages, as well as previous work experience in international organizations, is an advantage
